My puppy is a certified for purebred but I need to know whether she is healthy or it there a bred impurity. Please look and tell me whether this is perfect standard purebred or are they any problem let me know all of it. As i cannot reply back.

This could be normal, or could be a sign that he's not using his muscles well in his back legs. I would recommend taking a few videos of him walking around, and then scheduling an appointment with his vet to have an orthopedic exam and review your videos. Issues such as hip dysplasia can show up in dogs as young as Lucky. Best of luck, I hope all is normal!
