Why is my hyper dog suddenly calm and hunched over? Is he sick?

Lethargy is unfortunately a very vague symptom that can be caused by a number of things including illness, GI upset, infections, diseases, pain, stress, etc. Since it has been ongoing for several days and hasn't improved, it is a good idea to schedule a visit with your vet to rule out a more serious issue or illness.

What I am understanding from your question is that Oso is walking fine, and he can stand without a problem. However, he isn't eating much and he's more lethargic. (he isn't getting up and barking). His anus is going in and out as well. Is he straining to defecate? Ideally take him to your vet for an exam. Decreased appetite and lethargy are very non specific symptoms that we can see with a wide range of conditions. It would be best to have him evaluated by a vet so that the appropriate treatment can be started. Lack of energy can be the sign of many things that go from just being tired to actually representing a problem like due to pain for example. Plus age changes are gradual. Not as dramatic as you have described. I recommend that she sees a veterinarian. I worry that she is painful somewhere. For example, neck and/or back pain is common in small and medium breed dogs. Arthritis or a soft tissue injury could also explain the signs you are seeing. The veterinarian will carefully examine her. X-rays may be recommended. Based on these results, treatment can be started to help her feel better. Since he is walking hunched it sounds like he either had injured his back and/or neck OR he is guarding his abdomen and something in there hurts. I suggest you get him to your vet for an exam as soon as possible.
