I accidentally took my dog's prednisone. What should I do now?

I accidentally took 2 of my dogs 20mg Prednisone pills is this bad

The prednisone your dog takes is the same prednisone that people take. However we are not qualified nor authorized to comment on your taking 40mg of prednisone. I suggest you call your health provider or poison control in that matter. Please have the label available so you can let them know the amount of medication listed, how many you took, and what any other potentially concerning ingredients were.
