Is donor dog plasma safe for my dog's eye drops?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 7 years and 11 months old | 14.5 lbs

Hi my dog has been having plasma drops in her eyes originally using her blood As she's small the vet today gave me plasma from a donor dog Can their be problems using another dogs plasma ?

As long as the donor dog was fit and well there would be no concerns, plasma is used for the antiinflammatory and healing properties on the surface of the eye and is effective as long as it is fresh and stored correctly
