I see worms in my dog's poop. Is it a serious hookworm infection?

Pretty severe if you can see worms in Emma's stool. I recommend giving her Panacur, which is an OTC deworming treatment. She will need another deworming treatment two weeks after the first treatment to make sure all the worms are killed. She will need deworming treatments every three months after that.
