My puppy is throwing up white foam after neuter. Is it serious?

Something's not right - Copper should be recovering normally at this point. I'm worried about a potential reaction to pain medication, or even a completely unrelated problem, such as parasites or a bacterial or viral GI infection. I would get him seen as soon as possible - he needs to be examined to determine the exact cause, and treated with appropriate medications.

This does sound serious and it most likely is not related to PanPan’s recent vaccinations. He may have developed an infection, he could have intestinal parasites, or he may have eaten something that is causing an intestinal obstruction. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian as soon as possible.

Oh no, that's not good! It's quite serious when a dog can't even keep down water, and it can be caused by a severe GI illness, pancreatitis, a foreign body, or eating something rotten. Poor pup! If he's vomiting, not eating, and isn't able to keep anything down, this is very concerning - so I would recommend taking him back in to your veterinarian today to be seen. It's possible that this could be some type of complication related to his neuter surgery, or could be a totally separate problem. Your veterinarian can examine him and may recommend blood work, x-rays, or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and see what kind of treatment is needed.

I'm sorry to hear that Melow isn't eating well for you. It is normal for a puppy not to eat a lot the first day in a new home. It can be a stressful transition. However, it is abnormal for the lack of appetite to last several days. The vomiting is not normal either. Melow need to see a veterinarian. He is so young, I worry about him becoming dehydrated. Even if he is drinking some, it is likely less than if he was eating normally. He may require fecal testing and deworming or more aggressive care depending on his exam findings. Do your best to encourage him to eat and drink. You can add warm water to his dry kibble. Some dogs like canned food warmed up a bit as well.
