Not likely. These are supplements used to promote gut health and commonly contain probiotics. Vomiting is a symptom with many. many causes. If Cinnamon is behaving normally otherwise, try withholding food for 24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small frequent amounts. Wait at least 1 hour between feedings. If the vomiting stops, transition slowly to the regular diet. If not, or if Cinnamon develops other symptoms (lethargy, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain) then see your vet for an exam and diagnostics to determine the underlying cause.

Cinnamon's diarrhea could be caused by the abrupt change in food or there could be something else going on that caused the constipation/hard stools in the first place.
Since this has been going on for several days I would recommend taking Cinnamon to the vet to be checked out. You vet will probably to a fecal exam to check for intestinal parasites and may need to do X-rays since she is vomiting as well.
If Cinnamon does have colitis (an inflammation of the colon causing diarrhea) she will need antibiotics and possibly probiotics to helps get her stools back to normal. She may also need medication to help stop the vomiting.
I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Best of luck.
