Why is my dog vomiting, drooling, and not drinking after peeing?

Hazel sounds like she is either nauseous, uneasy, or has been exposed to some sort of toxin. You can try to treat nausea with a drug like pepsid or famotidine to see if that helps, but her failure to calm down makes me think that something else could be at work. If she has no history of being uneasy especially, I would consider a toxin as a distinct possibility. Try to think if it's possible that she could have gotten into something inappropriate. If so, I would have her checked out by the vet for possible decontamination and supportive care.

If Lillie is in that much distress I would seek out another veterinarian that is available, or an emergency clinic in your area, especially if she is heavily panting, painful, or unable to keep anything down. Be sure to let the new vet know what tests have been done, medications tried (and that they aren't helping) and any other symptoms you are seeing/for how long.

It sounds as Cricket is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Drooling can be a sign of nausea and this with a decreased activity level can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. These could be symptoms of a toxicity (e.g. if Shelby recently ate something toxic to dogs like raisins, chocolate, sugar free gum, antifreeze, aspirin); liver or kidney disease (both of which can cause nausea/vomiting); pancreatitis (vomiting/diarrhea due to an inflamed pancreas from eating table food), possibly a foreign body obstruction or other causes. All of these possibilities are potentially life threatening and the safest option is to take Shelby to a veterinary ER as soon as possible for bloodwork, radiographs and treatment as indicated based on the physical exam. She is probably shivering because her body is trying to adjust after losing so much food and fluid when she vomited. Try to keep her calm and comfortable for now. You may want to see if she needs to get up and walk outside. If her abnormal behavior continues for more than a few hours you should consider taking her to be examined by the vet. I hope this helps. I am sorry to hear about Mia. If she is very lethargic/weak, has blood in the vomit, or has a painful abdomen then I think she needs to be seen by her vet right away. If she seems energetic then you can try removing her food and water and fasting her for 6 hours (no food, no water,no treats, no grass or things in the yard if she goes outside) and see if the vomiting stops. If it continues she needs to visit her vet.
