Why is my dog drinking, vomiting, panting, and peeing so much?

Lola sounds ill, and it's quite concerning that she is squatting constantly to pee with nothing coming out. That can be a sign of bladder stones, and if these bladder stones are blocking her urethra, it is a medical emergency. A blocked urethra can lead to the bladder rupture. She could also be suffering from a UTI. Panting is a sign of pain in dogs, so if Lola is panting, I would believe that she is in pain. Based on her symptoms, it would be best if she was seen by a vet immediately. I would take her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now.

I would recommend having your dog seen as soon as possible if her symptoms are not improving tomorrow, even if this means taking her in to another vet or an emergency vet. I would have your veterinarian evaluate Daphane's urine in case she has another urinary tract infection (UTI). That can cause an increase in water intake, urgency to urinate and burning while urinating or leaking urine. It would also be a good idea to check some bloodwork. The lump could be a cyst, infection, benign or cancerous mass. A needle aspirate or biopsy may be necessary to diagnose. She really needs to be examined by a vet. Try to find a low cost clinic in your area or a vet that would take a payment plan. You could also apply for Care Credit which is a veterinary credit care.
