She will eventually become dehydrated and will most likely need hospitalization. In puppies with vomiting and diarrhea, we worry about parasites, and a viral intestinal infection called parvo. When a pet has diarrhea for more than 24 hours, it is time for a trip to the vet. At this point, it's not recommended to use any home remedies, and medical care is required. I would take Poppy into the vet right away. Diarrhea could be caused by GI illness, intestinal worms, a sudden change in diet, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. The vet can diagnose what is causing the diarrhea, and can treat it. Poppy may need IV fluids for hydration as well.
