I'm not sure why you gave Buddy Benadryl. That's for allergic reactions in dogs, not vomiting and bloody diarrhea. He sounds very sick, and it's extremely serious he can't even keep down water. Bloody diarrhea is pretty common in dogs, and tells us that there is a LOT of inflammation in the colon. It can have several causes, and it often needs medications to clear up. I would recommend taking Holly to the vet for evaluation. The vet may also recommend some lab work to see if they can identify the cause and decide on the best treatment.

Persistent vomiting, bloody diarrhea and lack of appetite are emergent clinic signs due to fluid/electrolyte losses. This leads to dehydration, weakness, and further downward deterioration unless the vomiting stops and the appetite returns. I would advise taking Daisy to your vet as soon as possible to have her evaluated. Many causes are possible including intestinal parasites, dietary indiscretion (eating things dogs aren't supposed to), other dietary problems, gastrointestinal inflammation/infection from various sources, toxin exposure, foreign body ingestion, GI ulceration, side effects from drugs or products used, or even problems outside of the gut including pancreatitis, liver/kidney problems, among many others. Your vet can get a detailed history and perform a thorough exam. Once done, a diagnostic plan and preliminary treatment plan can be started. Most likely a minimum database of fecal/blood/urine tests and some x-rays will be advised. Treatment will be focused on the cause but early treatment could include fluids/electrolytes, anti-nausea/vomiting medicines, acid blockers, etc. Good luck with Daisy.

It seems as Scooby is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious he will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

I’m so sorry Maddi is sick. You need to get her to a vet ASAP. Call your regular vet; even though they are closed at this hour, they will have a recording of how to reach a vet in case of emergency, which this is. I wish there was more I could offer you to try at home, but delaying getting her seen could make things worse. She needs IV fluids if she had that much bloody diarrhea.
