My dog has a cast & pain meds after accident. Is vomiting normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 13 lbs

My dog got hit by a car on Tuesday took him to the vet they put a cast on him because of his ribs and gave him some pain medicine his doing good but he occasionally vomits is that normal or should I be worried

It is quite possible that the vomiting is a normal reaction to the pain/pain killers and even to the pressure of a cast. However, this should stop soon. Should the vomiting increase or still be present by Monday, I would take Cosmo back to the vet for a recheck.
