Vomiting and decreased appetite could be caused by a number of things, including parasites, diet changes, toxin ingestion, infectious viral diseases, blockage in the intestines caused by ingestion of a foreign body, food sensitivity/allergy, decreased pancreatic function, or a mass/growth in the gastrointestinal tract. Please take Leo back to the vet as it seems as though his condition has worsened. He will need more care to help him, as vomiting blood can be a sign of serious illness, and low blood sugar and dehydration from not eating and drinking can be very dangerous.
