Is this dog vomit or poop? It has grass, carrots, and a worm.

Hello my mother found this sort of glob of digested food on the floor this morning from my dog. My dog had eaten grass the previous day, you can see a blade of grass in it. The orange is carrots. I am not sure if she vomited this or if it is feces. My mom did not hear her vomit but my dog has been coughing the past couple days. What concerns me the most is what looks like a vein from a chicken leg or a worm. It was not moving at all. My mom did throw this away after picking it up. Thank you.
