My dog had parvo. When can she get vaccines and be dewormed?

My pixie is getting over parvo she as been out of vets for 8 days how long have I to wait till I can get her injections and how long do I have to wait to worm her

If Pixie is eating and drinking properly without vomitng and has no more diarrhea then you can worm her about a week after the last diarrhea.
I would still wait a few weeks before vaccination as you want a fully recovered immune system in order to get a perfect immune response. So give it 2 weeks or so.
