Poor Ribzy! Dealing with multiple UTIs is no fun! Clavamox can be a good choice for a UTI however if multiple utis are being seen a couple things may be happening. One, Ribzy could have a bladder stone or some other bladder abnormality that are causing repeat infections. Secondly, a resistant bacterial infection could be causing the issue. Third, a recessed vulva or some other anatomical abnormality could be the cause of repeat infections. Finally, it is possible that there isn't a true infection and the blood is due to bladder inflammation or even a bladder mass.
I think you should consider a recheck for Ribzy so X-rays and maybe even a Urine culture can be performed. Hope she is feeling better soon!
