My dog continues to get urinary tract infections even after medication is taken. Is there another way to help my dog stop getting urinary tract infections?

At least a week time. Keep in mind that UTI has different underlying causes and infection is not the only one. Urinary crystals/stones, idiopathic inflammation and tumors are all possible at this stage. If antibiotics are not effective in one week time (at appropriate dosages) a check up would be needed.
