It can wait for Monday, it's probably either an infection or a bad reaction to the suture material. if she is not on antibiotics already then she will probably need a short course of antibiotics for it to get better.

It is difficult to tell from the pictures, but the area of gum above the stitches does not look red or irritated, so I would leave it alone. The mouth isn't sterile, so it's not concerning unless the area is red. The time it takes for stitches to dissolve varies greatly, so I wouldn't be worried that they haven't dissolved yet. This is a common problem so X-rays are not needed. These upper molars have three roots and can be difficult to remove. Your veterinarian is mentioning that he is aware of this. A tooth falling out is definitely a concern and a sign of severe dental disease. While it is not an emergency tonight, I would recommend an evaluation by a veterinarian as he will likely need anesthesia for a full dental cleaning, dental x-rays and extractions of any diseased teeth.

Hi! Yes, I think Reggie's gums look like they're healing beautifully. It's normal for the gums to be a bit more red in the week following extractions. Continue to monitor his appetite to be sure that Reggie is eating normally. Excess drooling, pawing of the mouth, difficulty chewing, or bleeding/discharge from the extraction sites are all cause for concern. Otherwise, it looks like he's in good shape!
