took my dog to the vets yesterday because he kept being sick I was given ( once a day PROMAX ) and ( Cephacare tablets 500mg one and a half twice a day) and told not feed him for three days and take him back to the vets on Monday, we had to struggle to give him his meds because he is not allowed food with them and within 5 minutes he has been sick.

I am so sorry to hear about Mike. There are many different possible causes for these symptoms. If your dog is not able to keep the medications down without vomiting it sounds like he may need to be hospitalized/treated at the vet with injectable medication to help stop the vomiting and IV fluids to help treat dehydration. The vet may need to do tests like x-rays or bloodwork to figure out what is causing the vomiting https://www.petcoach.co/dog/condition/vomiting-1/ as this can determine how it needs to be treated.
