Poor Chloe! She could have an infection, parasite, pancreatitis, upset stomach from something she ate, obstruction, etc. If she seems lethargic and is not eating then she should be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can run some lab tests to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. She may need some fluids to prevent dehydration, anti-vomiting medications, antibiotic, and a gastric protectant. Hope she feels better soon!

I would recommend taking her to a vet for evaluating. If she is vomiting and lethargic that could indicate something serious. Boxers can be a breed l own to bloat or get GDV. It could also be toxin or GI obstruction. Please have Ellie evaluated asap.
I hope she feels better soon. Thank you for using Pet coach.
