My dog threw up and is screaming in her crate. What's wrong?

She could have an infection, parasite, pancreatitis, upset stomach from something she ate, obstruction, etc. If she seems lethargic and is not eating then she should be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can run some lab tests to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. I am sorry to hear about Bailey! We can occsaionally see pets develop GI problems as a result of stress but this usually results in diarrhea, not vomiting. IF she was vomiting multiple times in one night I would be worried aobut things like ingestion of a foreign object causing a blockage, ingestion of a foreign substance causing GI irritation, infection, pancreatitis, and more.
