My dog is lethargic, shaking, vomiting, and won't eat. What's wrong?

  Poor Chloe. Her symptoms fit the description for many diseases unfortunately so she needs bloodwork analysis and possible radiographs to determine what is wrong with her. Some possible causes are a spinal injury in her neck, an infection (meningitis), and pancreatitis just to name a few. I would highly recommend getting her seen as soon as possible by your local vetZ she needs care that is beyond what you can provide for her at home, and testing to find out her underlying illness so we know just what she needs to get well again.   Poor Bananay! I would take her into a vet immediately. She sounds extremely ill, and she needs veterinary attention right away. She could have gotten into some toxic, she could have a severe systemic illness, or she could have a pyometra if she isn't spayed causing her symptoms. The vet can diagnose what is causing her to be so ill, and can treat her for it.

  Thank you for submitting your question regarding Chloe. Her symptoms have persisted long enough that it is time to see her veterinarian. I recommend having her seen today if at all possible. Vomiting for as long as she has, can leave her dehydrated. Her veterinarian will examine her and may recommend some testing to determine the source of her problems. Trratment such as fluids and anti-nausea medication will likey help her feel better. I hope this information helps!

  Chloe could have an off day. If she is eating, drinking and has normal stool but wants to sleep a lot, you could let her rest and reassess in a few hours. She may have played a lot yesterday, more than usual and just need a little rest.
  On the other hand, if her appetite is not as good as usual, she vomits or has diarrhea I would suggest you take her to the vet . She could have a fever, a viral disease or low blood sugar for example.
  If Chloe is not up-to-date on vaccines, I would be a little more concerned,especially if her appetite is not as good as usual.
