My dog threw up earlier tonight. He hasn't been sick in about 5 hours but he won't settle for the night. He's done this before with a stomach virus and I'm thinking that's what it is now. I've checked his stomach and it isn't any bigger than normal.

Poor guy. Since his symptoms are so vague and don't really indicate one thing or another (dietary indiscretion, bacterial infection, viral infection, etc) , and he is still eating well, I would continue the bland diet for now and see how he is in the morning. If he is still not well or has pale gums at any point, then it is best to take him in to your vet for some testing to help determine what the underlying problem likely is so that we can treat Dodger appropriately.
I do hope that he is able to make a full and speedy recovery from whatever his ailment is. Best wishes and take care!
