I give sub q fluids to my crf dog. I gave her her usual 1000ml today at about 3:00pm it's 9:30 now. I was just playing with her and noticed she seems to have a little fluid still by her armpit. Should it have dissolved by now, do I need to take her to a vet to be seen?

It is quite normal that there is some fluid still visible. The body takes what it needs at the time. So if your dog was well hydrated the body might not have needed as much of the fluid right away. I am sure by tomorrow it will be absorbed.
