What to do if my dog has a string in her nose and trouble breathing?

i recently got a dog from a friend Luna recently started sneezing it seems like she has a string like item in her nose she tries sneezing but it won't come out what do i do, she looks bother by this and has some trouble breathing what could i do to help??

The best thing you can do for Luna is having her seen by a vet immediately. It's quite serious that she is having trouble breathing, and that can lead to respiratory distress. In addition, if she does have a foreign body in her nose, she will need to be sedated to remove it properly. I would have Luna seen by an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now.
