It could be redirected aggression from stress when her routine is changed. You could try an Adaptil collar and Solliquin chews and see if that helps. Otherwise, your vet could prescribe an anti-anxiety, like Prozac or Trazodone.

Try separating them for a day or so, then taking them for a walk together. Moving to a new area, new home, and the addition of changing to being an only dog is a lot of new changes all at once. Sometimes it just takes time for dogs to acclimate to their new life and new home. She is likely feeling a little insecure in her new place, but that is not unusual. Keep her busy with exercise. Lots of walks, lots of play time with you and gradually introduce her to new people making the experience positive with rewarding her for good behavior with a treat she really really loves. Lavander oil with an essential oil diffuser in your home can aide in calming the mood. Calming chews with L-Theanine in them can also help as well as a number of Rx medications that can help smooth the transition if you are finding yourself and Luna in a road block with progress. Also, working with a trainer around your area can be a very helpful to keep Luna on track and moving in the right direction. Poor LouLou! It sounds like she has developed some anxiety over something or could be painful somewhere and unable to tell you. You could try some Benadryl to see if this helps calm her. You could also try a calming collar like adaptil. It may or may not help. If this doesn't work or she gets worse, I would strongly recommend to have your vet look at her to ensure she isn't painful anywhere. Dogs can react to stress in their owners and the dogs maybe grieving the loss themselves as well. This can lead to behavior changes such as anxiety and aggression. Given the severity of the behavior changes, I would recommend that Lucy is seen by a veterinarian to ensure there is not an underlying medical condition. Once Lucy is deemed healthy, your veterinarian may recommend a trial of an anti-anxiety medications such as Prozac. It also may be worthwhile to contact a trained animal behaviorist in your area. They can evaluate the interactions between the dogs and may be able to offer a plan to help get the dogs back on track.

Based on the symptoms you are describing and the recent history of significant travel I would suspect that she is experiencing anxiety/stress secondary to this large change. If she’s eating/drinking, pooping normally and does not seem to be limping or painful when touched around her legs or belly….it is most likely stress. Possibly there was a super loud noise/siren/crash etc. that scared her.
