My dog had a seizure. Is it safe to let her sleep afterwards?

It seems my dog just had a seizure, should i let her sleep?

If this was her first seizure ever you need to monitor her closely in the next 24 hours, if another seizure reoccur during that time or in the next 3 months you will need to take her to the vet in order to have some tests done as she may need to take anti seizure medications permanently. if she is now asleep you can let her sleep indeed.
