Dog chased skunk, has nose scratch. Should I worry about rabies?

Again, I don't think you need to be worried about this. What are you worried about? Rabies? Skin infection? Just clean the scratches with antiseptic cleaner. If you want to post again and be more specific about what you are worried about her catching then we can maybe be more helpful. Also, some photos of the scratches would be helpful as well.

If your rabies vaccine is current then you have very little risk. Rabies is transferred via saliva so if there was no bite then highly unlikely. It does have potential risk to get infected if deep enough. Make sure to keep it clean though until it heals

It is very important that you take Rubal in to your vet for appropriate treatment, and have your son seen by a doctor right away. The doctor will be able to treat your son based on the rabies law and treatment protocol in your area, and your vet will be able to advise you on proper treatment protocol for Rubal. If it is just a superficial scratch and it appears that the bleeding already resolved, you may continue to monitor it. If at some point a discharge develops and it appears to be getting infected, have him examined then. You may clean the area with soapy water. However, if it seems deep, have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. It is hard to know for sure without being able to see it though I hope this is helpful.
