Hi, my dog niko has been having for some time a small lump on the skinin the loin, it has the colour of the skin, it's like a small swelling, but he has been having it for some time and it doesn't dissapear, should I worry? I have just cut his hair and moved it (the hair) with my finger to show it to you in a photo

Hello. I am sorry that Niko has this lump. This could be something called a sebaceous cysts, could be a scar, could be a wart, or could be something more scary like a tumor. Without removing it and sending for histopathology you can't know for sure, but if it isn't growing, bleeding, or causing any issues you can also just keep an eye on it and have it seen if any changes occur. Good luck with Niko.
