Poor Lilikoi! I understand your concerns about your girl, but a bit of lethargy can be normal after vaccinations since the immune system is working hard to mount an appropriate antibody response. Signs of a vaccine reaction can include hives, facial swelling, vomiting, and diarrhea. Call your vet if she develops any of these signs, but otherwise, I would let her rest and see how she feels in a few hours. I wouldn't give any medication at this time. Sometimes a warm compress over the injection site can help with any localized discomfort.
