My dog has a rough scab under his neck. How can I help it heal?

Dog has scab in his under neck that are a bit rough. Need help on how to heal

Ouch, poor Dax. I would gently clean this with warm water and antiseptic soap. To keep him from scratching at it, you can put an Ecollar on him. You can get one at a pet store or make one at home. Keep the wound clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and he will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it. I hope this helps!

    Poor Wally! If it isn't getting better, I'd have him seen by a vet. It may be the area is infected, and he would need oral antibiotics to treat it so it can heal. I'd take him into a vet this weekend. Best of luck.
