How do I treat my dog's scab at home? When should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 2 years and 11 months old | 70 lbs

My Maya has been having this scab is there anything I can do about it?

Clean it with soap and water to get the scab off. From there you can apply neosporin to prevent the scab from reforming and to keep the infection under control if needed. If this does not help then you will need to see your vet for further treatment
