My pitbull has red testicles but acts normal. Is this serious?

He could have a contact dermatitis from coming into contact with a cleaner or soap or some other substance. I recommend getting him checked by your vet to determine the cause of the redness and get him treated if needed.

Bright red is never good. Check for heat, pain as well. If the testicles are hot and painful as well as red then there is a likely chance that he has an infection or inflamed skin. You should schedule a vet appointment for Charlie Mac. He may need antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication.

Gino could have a testicular torsion, urethral prolapse (especially if you are seeing blood at his penis), a urinary tract infection or simply a skin infection on his belly or testicles or even fleas. I recommend extruding his penis and looking at the tip, checking his skin for fleas and pustules or red bumps. And if he is having trouble urinating and/or isn't eating he needs to see a Vet. This is scrotal dermatitis - an infection of the scrotum. You need to stop him from licking the scrotum or it won't get better. You also need to apply a topical antibiotic cream. Since you did not provide your accurate location I cannot recommend any specific products for you to use.

That is abnormal. He could have an infection or mass in the testicle. I recommend neutering him and sending the abnormal testicle for a biopsy to determine the diagnosis. Many dogs develop redness in the testicles, it's not always considered to be an issue but it could sometimes be a sign of infection or allergic reaction. you should monitor it for a few days, if the problem does not resolve you should probably get it checked by your vet. having him neutered will also solve the problem.
