My dog has a red pimple-like spot in his groin. What should I do?

I don't think this is a serious issue at this point. It looks like a pustule/pimple which may be from an ingrown hair or she may have had an insect bite. You can try to use chlorhexidine containing pads (such as the Douxo chlorhexidine 3% PS pads) to clean the are twice daily for 7 days. You may find these online or at your local pet store. That looks like a mild skin infection of some kind. I would keep an eye on it and get it looked after by your vet if it doesn't improve in a day or two or gets worse. They'll do a physical exam, check the lesions, maybe look at some of the material from the bumps under the microscope to see if they can identify the cause and, based on these results, be better able to recommend a treatment plan.
