My dog has red lumps and a scabby wound. Should I take him to the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old

There is 3 small lumps in the first photo and 2nd photo has a slightly raised area with a scab that looks a but yellow am treating with imflamol but the lumps are more red than before and the other wound is new the skin around that is quite reddened could it all be the same thing or 2 different wounds lumps have been there 10 days and not changed much advice as to what I should do with panda now

Hi there,

It looks like Panda may have either a bacterial skin infection or bites from a parasite. There is also a chance these a growths on his skin.

I would recommend taking Panda to your vet for an exam. They can determine what exactly the bumps are and prescribe medications to clear them up.
