My dog has a red blister between his toes. Is it serious or just minor?

Hello, Harvey may have a little infected foreign body in his foot (like a sliver or thorn), or could be developing either a benign or cancerous mass. The best way to determine what it is would be to have Harvey checked by a vet. Your vet will likely take a small needle sample of the "blister" and look at those cells on the microscope to determine if it's anything concerning. I hope this helps!
