Should my dog wear a recovery suit and be crated after surgery?

That's cool that the recovery suit will work for her then. The cost of crates vary by location, so I would check costs in pet stores, as well as checking online sites that resell things (like Ebay if you have that in Bosnia & Herzegovina). You may be able to buy one second hand. Yes, she can eat her regular food :-)

A crate or crate training is never a bad idea. It can also serve as a safe place for Bella (as you have stated). It doesn't need to be huge either, just big enough for her to lay down, turn around and stand. The veterinarian that does the spay will give you specific post operative care instructions as well.

Confining Pharah to her crate for the night may not be a bad idea if she's receptive to it, but it is certainly not required. The problem with the surgical suit is that it may not let the incision breathe as well as it should in order to quickly heal. You could try an inflatable collar - it looks like an airplane pillow and sold at the pet stores. Make sure you get a big enough size - if it is too small it won't work. Awesome job talking to your mom about it :-) After surgery, it's extremely important to keep her quiet and rested, and to keep an Ecollar on her to prevent her from licking at her sutures. She has to stay quiet in order for her incision to heal correctly, and she has to stay quiet with the Ecollar on until her sutures are removed 10-14 days after surgery. Licking at her sutures can cause them to break down and open the incision, and it can introduce infection into the area. You will have to check the incision twice a day for signs of infection which include redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or excessive discharge. If you see any of those signs, Bella will have to go back into the vet for an exam and antibiotics. Again, great job talking to your mom!

Bella is possibly seeking warmth, comfort and darkness in the closet. Provided this is safe place for her and you are comfortable with it, I do not see a problem with her sleeping there. Regarding the crates, my personal preference is for plastic crates for a dog of Bella's size. The most important thing in choosing a crate is to make sure that it is large enough for her to stand up and turn around.
