My dog ran into a glass door. Why is he walking slow and lethargic?

The lethargy is the most worrying sign in my opinion and should be ideally checked as soon as possible as could be secondary to the presence of head trauma. Neurological and physical examinations are necessary to confirm or rule out this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately. Lack of energy can be the sign of many things that go from just being tired to actually representing a problem like due to pain for example. If he is otherwise fine, I recommend you keep a close eye on him for now. Dogs have pretty hard heads, but keep an eye out for unconsciousness, disorientation, bleeding from the nose and eyes, pupils of unequal sizes, and seizures. If he's acting normally, it's unlikely you will see any of these signs, but if you do, have him seen by a vet immediately. I hope this helps!

If he is otherwise doing well without limping, I think it would be ok to monitor him for now. However, if he develops a limp or any other signs such as crying in pain, inappetence or continued lethargy, have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor baby!! I think if he is acting fine now he will continue to be fine! Just watch him closely for the next 24 hours. Things to be concern about are crying in pain, excessive tiredness, not wanting to eat, etc. I wish you the best!

If lethargy is the only sign you are seeing at the moment, I would continue to monitor him for now as this could be just a transient thing due to discomfort from a long hike for example, among other possibilities.
