My dog's belly turned purple/blue after bath. Is it from licking?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 10 days old | 15 lbs

I gave my dog a bath like two days ago and now his underbelly has turned a purple or blue. And for extra information are used hot water

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is likely not due to the product used. Sometimes the skin may look like that as a saliva stain due to self-licking which may be due to allergies for examples. If he is not presenting any symptoms, I would not be too concerned about this.
