My dog won't potty outside after moving. Why does she only go inside?

As long as the carpet smells of urine, Pickles will try to pee inside. So it you have carpet, you might need to rip out the carpet, and the pad underneath to get rid of the odor. I would start by keeping her in a small crate when she is unsupervised. Big enough that she can stand and turn around, but small enough that if she pees, she can't get away from the pee. When you are home, she can be with you, but on a leash. Every 2-3 hours you will take her outside and give her opportunity. If she normally goes to the bathroom in the same area in the house, then put up gates or close doors or place something over the area so she cannot get to it. If she is on a leash, this is easier. If she is sleeping quietly or playing, you don't have to worry, but as soon as she gets up or stops playing, immediately take her outside. You have to start completely over like she was 8 weeks old. Take treats with you every time you go outside. When she finally goes outside, make a BIG deal about it. Praise her, give her treats and affection. Hang in there, and be diligent.
