My dog has a penis wound, but it's not bleeding. What should I do?

This presentation could be due to a trauma and localized secondary skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). A check up, appropriate disinfection and antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem.
Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking/scratching.
An immediate check up at your local veterinarian is needed.

Oh no, poor Lucky! I see that he isn't neutered and I wonder if your other dog isn't neutered as well. If they both aren't neutered, that can be contributing to their aggression in that it can be hormonally driven. Intact dogs will fight over territory. I would have both your dogs neutered as soon as possible.

As for Lucky's penis bleeding, it sounds like it was injured. You can apply pressure to see if it stops the bleeding, and then clean the wound with warm water and antiseptic soap. If the wound is deep and or long, he will need to see a vet asap for stitches. Otherwise, you may have to put an Ecollar on him to keep him from licking at it so it can heal. You can get an Ecollar from a pet store or you can make one at home. If you see any redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, it's infected and he will need to see a vet.

My dog has a healing cut on his penis. When should I see a vet?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It really appears to be healing well on its own though it is hard to tell. If it continues to heal, it may not need any therapy at all. If at any point it starts bleeding or releasing a discharge or becomes bloody or painful, have him evaluated by your veterinarian at that point for further assessment. Hello. Poor baby. He needs to see a veterinarian as soon as possible. I cannot tell if this is a tumor or somehow the penis has been trapped outside the sheath. Either way, he needs immediate care, especially if whatever is going on prevents him from urinating properly. This looks very painful & I hope you can have him seen quickly. My dog's penis is bleeding. How do I stop the excessive bleeding?

If the bleeding from Lucky's penis has gotten worse and/or not resolved at all you may need to bring him back to your vet for a recheck. The penis and prepuce are very vascular (meaning they have lots of blood vessels) and so can bleed easily. If the bleeding hasn't subsided at all there may be a larger vessel that is damaged that may need to be sutured closed to prevent any further bleeding. I would be sure to keep the cone on Lucky as well until you get everything figured out so he won't lick excessively down there and cause more irritation.
