I have suspicions that her food is not related to her issue. I sounds like your pet may either have a UTI or have urinary incontinence.
I would be suspicious of urinary incontinence in an older pet and if this is the case it can be treated medically with a medication called Proin (phenylproponalamine). I would recommend discussing this possibility with your vet and if your pets urine sample testing is clear of a current infection, then Proin can be prescribed for a diagnosis of urinary incontinence to help improve your pets leaky bladder.
