My dog's paw is bleeding. Is it serious? When to call the vet?

According to the photos it looks like a mild abrasion in the central pad that is healing. For now I would just monitor unless signs of infection (redness, pus, foul smell, pain) or if any lameness present then I would suggest to contact your vet.

It's hard to see with all the hair, I assume I'm looking at the top of her paw and it's between two toes. This may not be a traumatic injury, it could be a place that she has licked and scratched because she had a small wound or an insect bite or other irritation between the toes. I recommend keeping it clean with a warm damp washcloth and mild soap, make sure to rinse it completely and apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to keep the skin moist and avoid cracking. I would get it seen by your vet as soon as you can but, as long as she seems otherwise fine, I don't feel this is an emergency.

It is possible he may have caught the dew claw and injured it or he may have been stung/bitten by an insect etc. Continue to monitor for any increased pain or discomfort and keep the area bathed with salted water to prevent infection

This could be a small puncture wound or abrasion your dog got outside. If he is not licking it or limping on it, just keep it clean and dry and it should heal on its own within a few days. If however it seems to be bothering your dog or persists for more than about 3 days you should probably have it checked out. I hope this helps. That looks like an insect bite that may be infected for it to have a focal light spot in the center. If she seems fine otherwise you can opt to keep an eye on it and make sure it continues to improve. If it does get bigger, if she becomes lame, acts sick, refuses to eat or starts vomiting or has diarrhea, get her in to see your vet right away as there may be something more serious going on.

Poor Bella! No it's not normal that her paws started bleeding, and if it's cold and snowy where you are, it could be the ice or the salt used to melt the ice that has caused her paws to bleed. It looks like the skin has come off on certain pads like a burn, and that is likely a bit painful for her. It's not an emergency, but I would recommend having her seen by a vet for it in the morning. Tonight, you can try washing the area with warm water and antiseptic soap, and bandaging the paws that the more effected. Put an Ecollar on her to keep her from licking at the paws. Tomorrow at the vet, they may want to put her on antibiotics if they feel her paws are burned. In the future, I recommend putting Musher's Secret to protect her paws before going outside (you can buy it online) or getting her booties to wear. It's pretty serious that Leo's paw has been bleeding for a week. I'm not sure what caused it but bleeding for a week requires an immediate vet visit. I don't see anything obvious in the picture, but to make a diagnosis, I would have to see him in person. I'd take him into a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
