Why is my dog panting, shaking, vomiting, diarrhea, and very thirsty?

I would recommend having your dog seen as soon as possible if her symptoms are not improving tomorrow, even if this means taking her in to another vet or an emergency vet. Diseases we worry about with these symptoms include Cushings Disease (where the adrenal glands produce too much steroids), diabetes, kidney disease and liver disease. Some of these conditions can worsen quickly and become life threatening so having her examined and having bloodwork and urinalysis done as soon as possible to determine the underlying cause is the safest way to proceed.

There could be a number of reasons why Princess isn't eating, drinking, shaking, and not having regular bowel movements. I see that she isn't spayed, and the first thing that comes to my mind is a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. It could also be she got into something rotten or toxic, or could have a foreign body. Her symptoms are very serious, and it's concerning this has been ongoing for three days. I would consider this a medical emergency, especially with the risk of her having a pyometra. She needs veterinary care now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. If Lillie is in that much distress I would seek out another veterinarian that is available, or an emergency clinic in your area, especially if she is heavily panting, painful, or unable to keep anything down. Be sure to let the new vet know what tests have been done, medications tried (and that they aren't helping) and any other symptoms you are seeing/for how long.

I would recommend taking Pups to the vet. These symptoms are very concerning, and probably not related to her mammary nodule. It could be dietary intolerance or indiscretion, food allergy, intestinal parasites, GI blockage, gastroenteritis, bacterial or viral infection, IBD, pancreatitis, among others. The straining and liquid is likely severe diarrhea - similar to humans, you can strain with diarrhea and have nothing come out. The vet will do a thorough exam and may recommend blood work or x-rays to determine what is going on.

Cushing’s syndrome (if that is indeed what she has), is rarely an emergency. Many dogs have had the disorder for months (or years) prior to diagnosis. However, diabetes can have very similar signs and that is more of a concern. If she has lost weight, or if she is not eating then I would recommend an emergency veterinarian to make sure she is not diabetic and starting to Decompensate. I also notice that she is not spayed. Pyometra is a uterine infection that usually starts with increased water intake, But they usually progress to not feeling well soon. Some of these dogs also have vaginal discharge and typically occurs 6 weeks or so after last heat cycle. If she is eating well and seem fine otherwise then waiting until Monday seems appropriate to me. If possible try to take a urine sample with you to your veterinarian appointment. I would recommend that you have Tera examined by a vet. These symptoms can be caused by a number of issues, including liver or kidney failure, intestinal obstruction, pyometra or other life-threatening infection, etc. The vet will do an exam and may recommend diagnostic testing based on what they suspect.

She will likely need to have blood and urine testing. She could have diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease or an adrenal gland disorder or even cancer.
