My dog has pancreatitis and is vomiting. Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 6 lbs

Hi there I have a 16 month female miniature pinscher not speyed at the moment She’s being treated for pancreatitis as she has suffered bouts of painful tummy (praying position ) bloody stools but this hasn’t happened since starting predislone steroid But she is having bouts of sickness , stools are small and very hard , has been vomiting up her food since yesterday 3pm isn’t keeping anything down and has went quiet Could you give me some advice thanks

If Pixi is being treated for pancreatitis, this vomiting could still be related to it. Pancreatitis makes a dog very sick. I think she needs to see a vet immediately, as she sounds very sick. Please take her into a vet now. Best of luck.
