I am sorry to hear about Pixi. These are concerning symptoms, and I would recommend having her examined by her veterinarian. Drooling can be a sign of nausea. Shaking can be from pain/discomfort. If she hasn't been eating regular meals I would recommend rubbing honey or karo syrup on her gums and getting her to the vet right away if she is a very small dog (your post doesn't mention her weight, but in tiny breeds we can get hypoglycemia where the blood sugar drops and this can cause shaking and drooling https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4952329 ). That may not be what is going on with Pixi but just in case I wanted to mention this.
