Dog with pancreatitis: lethargic, drooling, warm, and throwing up?

It sounds like your dog is sick. The drooling can be due to nausea, and the lethargy, vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea could be due to a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I would take your dog into a vet right away for an exam, he sounds quite ill with all these symptoms, and he needs to be medically treated ASAP.

Vomiting, drooling and inappetence can be observed with conditions such as gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, dietary indiscretion, gastrointestinal foreign body ingestion and obstruction, among other possibilities. For this reason, I highly recommend that you have Peanut evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as soon as possible as I am afraid she is likely becoming dehydrated. If your dog is lethargic and vomiting these two things in combination are reason to seek veterinary care, as your dog is likely dehydrated and may need fluid therapy via an IV catheter or subcutaneous fluids. If he has just started vomiting or has only vomited a couple times, you can try fasting him (nothing orally, no food or water) to let his stomach settle and then slowly reintroducing fluids and then a bland diet such as plain cooked white rice and boiled chicken breast. If despite this he continues to vomit, he becomes weak, he has blood in his vomit or stool, or is painful in his abdomen then seek veterinary care. Drooling can be due to nausea, or irritation/inflammation in the mouth, or ingestion of a toxin. If you think a toxin ingestion is possible, seek veterinary care.

If Pixi is being treated for pancreatitis, this vomiting could still be related to it. Pancreatitis makes a dog very sick. I think she needs to see a vet immediately, as she sounds very sick. Please take her into a vet now. Best of luck.

These could be symptoms of a toxicity (e.g. if Shelby recently ate something toxic to dogs like raisins, chocolate, sugar free gum, antifreeze, aspirin); liver or kidney disease (both of which can cause nausea/vomiting); pancreatitis (vomiting/diarrhea due to an inflamed pancreas from eating table food), possibly a foreign body obstruction or other causes. All of these possibilities are potentially life threatening and the safest option is to take Shelby to a veterinary ER as soon as possible for bloodwork, radiographs and treatment as indicated based on the physical exam. Pancreatitis can present in many ways, the majority of which are nauseous and painful but not particularly weak and debilitated and respond favourably to symptomatic treatment and an ultra low fat diet. Severe pancreatitis is very rare and typically prevents with severe dehydration and collapse and can become life threatening, requiring hospital treatment

Unfortunately I’m not sure if Susy will be okay either. It sounds like she had a septic uterine infection, and if she completely recovered her current symptoms may or may not be related. It also sounds like Susy is very sick and from the symptoms you’re describing I doubt she would suddenly feel better without veterinary care. I think you need to see a vet - they can at the very least perform a physical exam and let you know how serious her condition may be. If she is in pain and suffering euthanasia may be something to consider.
