My dog has what appears to be a series of cuts above both eyes (we think it's from the thorn bushes) but one Seams to be getting bigger and raw looking

Hi and thanks for your post.
These cuts look red and I do see a little discharge coming from them which can indicate an infection. Ideally, you'd want this treated at your veterinarian's office.
At home treatment may include 3% hydrogen peroxide on the areas (careful not to get into the eye) a few times daily. You may put a cone on her so she doesn't itch or scratch at the areas. If no improvements in the next two days, I would see your veterinarian to clean the area and antibiotic administration.
