I was removing a knot in wish’s hair behind his hair when I accidentally cut his skin. The cut is about 3/4 of an inch in length and about 2 mm deep. I only noticed it 13-14 hours later. He doesn’t seem to be in pain. There is little to no bleeding. Should I take him to the vet?

It's difficult to assess this without being able to fully examine it, but it appears somewhat deep. It may be helpful to have it stitched, but I would have to fully evaluate it before making that decision.
The biggest concern with this wound is its proximity to the mouth. It can more easily get infected at this location, so it's important to keep it clean. You can help keep it clean by flushing the wound with clean water or saline for 1- 2 minutes three times a day. Do not apply any ointments or antiseptic, because they will just end up in his mouth.
For further help with this wound, I reccomend you have a vet evaluate him. It's not serious, but good to have him examined in the next 24 hours.
I hope that helps and Spirit gets better soon.
