My dog has oozing lumps, unhealed wound, and ate a bandage. Vet now?

Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | 4 years and 7 months old

Trick has 4 lumps under the skin on his leg the same one that has graze on his foot which is still not healed the lumps are slightly red and oozing a little are they hit spots or something else do I need to get him checked out or see if it improves in a day or two the wound is 15 days old and I did have it dressed but he pulled it off and ate it so may have it stuck in his tummy has only pooped 1 times today usually does 2 so am not sure what to do

Yes, I would have Trick checked out by a vet. I'm concerned that he has been eating the bandages and that could be making him sick as well. I see you are in New Zealand. I know today is Wellington Day, but if vets are open in your area, then I would take him into a vet now. Best of luck.
